SIOE PRESS RELEASE. Meet up 9/11, twelve o’clock at Luxembourg Square
Posted by Sitemaster on September 7, 2007
Our decision based upon the legal proceedings
Today, the civil court to which SIOE’s lawyer, Hugo Coveliers, made the second appeal to overturn Mayor Thielemans’s ban ruled itself “incompetent” to make a decision.
This was because the first court to hear SIOE’s appeal, namely the National Council, had not yet made its decision on the Mayor’s unilateral ban.
The National Council had declared that a decision could take up to two years and the civil court today said it could not itself make a ruling until the National Council had completed its own proceedings.
Therefore, neither court has declared that the Stop Islamisation Of Europe demonstration is illegal.
In SIOE’s opinion the demonstration was prepared according to European Union laws protecting free speech and the right to assemble, and therefore, will proceed as planned.
Information for participants:
Five telephone numbers will be made available for persons to request directions and other assistance, on the day of the demo. Watch SIOE’s websites for details.
Another telephone number will be provided for people to ask for legal assistance, on the day, should it be required.
SIOE’s prime concern has always been the safety of participants.

MAKE YOURSELF KNOWN!
Til this very moment, nobody of PI (Germany) knows this important message, because nobody entered it.
This should be done immediately - NOW! Even in English.
I can’t, cause Politicallyincorrect.de requires registration for all entries (typically German), which I deny at all.

……(typically German),…..
No racism please!

Might be a good idea to open a link where people living in belgium can accomodate people for one nights stay if they come from abroad (or people who booked allready and are willing to share a room etc… so nobody doesn´t make it because of “practical” issues.
It also might be a good idea if SIOE wants to grow to have forms to fill in at the demo where everybody who is willing to be involved in future actions can give up his email or other contact info (and then guard this list with your life from state security agencies
)
The advantage of such a list over a link on the net where everyone can register is that of that list you are sure they are “active” people who actually WENT THERE when called upon , you would never know how many contacts on a net-generated list would be actually worth something to your organisation.

@Damn-JustDoIt!
PI user knows it now!!, i will put a comment in thread
@Uwe van Keulen
I think, its decision making… and Udo seems to be extra concern from security…. though i don’t know, how much pressure was placed on him on eve of a day, when 1300 kg of explosive was recovered in Germany… I only know that i had given a call to him, and he was extra busy with German police at that time…
@Pepijn Dever
nice idea.., but i will rather say to make such stall outside Brussels in a town, or simply forget such decision…. this i say from my personal experience with Islamisten, and such a stall will be a easy target… I think a better alternative is guidance for easy and cheap accommodation… or perhaps infidel campnights
September 8, 2007 at 6:12 am
and infidel food will also be good…….
infidel food……..

Please pay some attention: While your “buddy” politicallyincorrect.de published your press release about the forward going of the 9/11 demonstration in German, they deleted the most important notice of it completely – your headline: MEET UP 9/11, TWELVE O’CLOCK AT LUXEMBOURG SQUARE.
And, by the way: Udo Ulfkotte is frequently identified by UU. This abbreviation might be more fitting than imagined. Ever thought that he might be a U-Boot (German for: submarine), a term used for under cover agents ? His website “akte-islam.de” is offline, at least since yesterday evening…

Let’s get something right about Udo Ulkotte.
If he had any concerns he should have voiced them to Anders and me. If he wanted to advise Pax Ruropa members not to go, then he should have advised us first, before making ANY announcement.
Udo Ulfkotte had no right to try and cancel the Brssels demo because SIOE devised and planned the demo.
Critical analysis shows that Ulfkotte actually put very little into the demo, but was very adept at publicising himself.
All Anders and I have ever wanted is a successful demo, to springboard many other similar events in the future, including any organised by Ulfkotte.
However, I will never work with such a Judas again. I believe he planned his actions from day one. He is trying to associate our effort with extremism, despite Anders’s and my constant efforts to attract reasonable people to go to the demo.
Because of what Ulfkotte has done I now consider that Germans, above all other Europeans, are compelled to redeem their position. If Ulfkotte was truly concerned that extremists would attend, then if had any leadership qualities, he would have insisted all Pax Europa supporters should go.
If reasonable people who are concerned about Islamism stay away from events they are handing over our continent to extremists and Islamists. By the way, there is nothing more extreme than Islamism.
Ulfkotte is a traitor, pure and simple.

Ulfkotte has tried to make out that Pax Europa organised the demo.
It didn’t.

not being familiar with all the legal stuff my only question right now is: will the brussels police protect or dissolve the demonstration when the people are going to show up?
September 8, 2007 at 11:46 am
Well they would protect as in making sure no two “groups” with different viewpoints “clash” , they are not interested in seeing cars damaged or property damaged.
It could be that they try to dissolve it but i think they would do that by just keeping us at luxembourg square and refusing to let us march , so then the speeches would be held right there i guess. They would definately not scatter us all over the city , thielemans can´t ban a demo claiming “security reasons” and then create a major security hazard by scattering the demo , no pro or contra would know who is who , civilians who might by “just shopping” could see themselves suddenly involved , it would create a situation like after a football match , ordinary people who happen to wear “the wrong color of shirt” could get harassed. It´s also time to get a kind of “guideline” much like other demonstration on the exact how and what , which should definately include : look normal and dont carry your banners after the demo ..then you can enjoy a nice pint afterwards in one of brussels many pubs

Fabian:
Theoretically there could be a 250 euro fine for people breaking the city’s ordinance for banning a specific demonstration.
Moslims often demonstrate without permission but of course they are never being fined. It would be considered racism or islamophobia. Allah forbid !
A dhimmicrat like Thielemans could however instruct his police force to act otherwise when kouffars demonstrate.

Brussels police can’t dissolve the protest, as the things are in court…. and Brussels police had left with no power in their hands…
its not a black-and-white condition… but instead a Grey picture now… one can attend this protest and currently this protests is 100% legal, so one don’t need to worry about legalities…… as Freddy’s crew were unable to prove anything….
Beside this, take official banners provided with SIOE, and they stands well, but be in Group, i.e. between SIOE team….. as masses have power….

Latest PI:
“We advise our readers, that the demo in Brussels is illegal, since no court ruled against the major….We urge our readers to stay away from meetings which appear as demonstration.
We ask for understanding for not allowing discussions regarding organisation to participate on that forbidden demonstration here on PI. All entries regarding that matter will be deleted…”

In response to Uwe van Keulen, who complained about the comment “typically German” of a writer (…or was it even me myself ?) as follows on September 7th, 2007 at 9.41 p.m.:
No racism please!
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
This flat any finally freedom-destroying statement cannot be accepted at all. Please, dear Uwe van Keulen, please try to employ as much of your brain cells as possible while living and acting your daily life.
ENCYCLOPAEDIA BRITANNICA, 2006: Racism: also called racialism any action, practice, or belief that reflects the racial worldview-the ideology that humans are divided into separate and exclusive biological entities called “races,” that there is a causal link between inherited physical traits and traits of personality, intellect, morality, and other cultural behavioral features, and that some races are innately superior to others.
So you have to be asked: What kind of physical features, exactly, you know of to determine a German (or an American, or Iranian, or any other national, for that matter) ? Is there any particular Swedish or Italian DNA? No, of course. What makes a German or Brit is just bureaucrats – by stamping a piece of paper called passport, according to laws produced by bureaucrats.
Saying “..typically German..” or the like certainly is a not always true generalization, but it cannot contain even a trace of racism – for there are no races but nationals.
In taking it only a small step further: Believing in something does not depend on physical features as well. There are all kinds of humans believing in Islam. Again, there can be no racism at all in saying “I don’t like that religion”.
In case you still do not notice: It is something totally different going on in Europe: All Europeans are slowly but surely being forced into liking everybody and everything. Nobody will be anymore allowed to dislike something or somebody, and voice it. When time is ripe, you will no more be allowed to drink that particular drink, to listen to that particular music, to read that particular newspaper, to travel or move to that particular place and much more.
That is why it is so important to stand up: Not for disliking the Islam, or anything else – but for staying free to own, voice and live by individual (your very own) likes and dislikes.

In some previous post there was a mention about individual inquiries at CoS. I wonder if someone can be forbided to go to Brussels to ask for an individual enquiry to CoS. And 9/11 seems a good day to do so.
I think it is good advice to take with us some haram food, (pork fat or else) because we can get hunry and dont find were to eat.
September 9, 2007 at 12:30 am
Fat Freddy can’t stop us with the police….
…
because we are only 30.000 tourists in Brussels
Hehehehe you know what I mean!!!
We are only tourists!!!

There is a demonstration in Brussels tuesday 11th Sep. at Luxembourg Square at 12pm.
Ulfkotte canceled the demonstration at Brussles and Cologne.
But Ulfkotte mustn’t cancel the demonstration at Brussels because the demo will be organised by SIOE, not by Ulfkotte.
Come to Brussels!!!!
September 9, 2007 at 4:41 pm
No I’m not near Süd-Baden. I live in north-east of Baden-Württemberg…
September 10, 2007 at 1:51 pm
You should all be ashamed… as foreigners you’re coming to our country to demand your right of free speech in a truly arrogant way. Right now, your actions are forbidden by law, and you just laugh in our face… who’s gonna pay for your lack of respect for our laws ? Who’s gonna pay for all the costs ? You !? No, us, the hardworking Belgians.
Why don’t you stay in your country, Mr Gravers and Mr Gash. Have your protestmarch at home ! Why not ? That way the country where you pay taxes can organise and pay for it, not us.
