European Parliament resolution of 13 December 2007 on combating the rise of
Posted by Sitemaster on December 21, 2007
The EU has the naïve thought that by writing this resolution the islam can be forced to get rid of every fundamentalistic idea it has. Unfortunatly this will never happen because islam is by nature fundamentalistic. The only thing that’s likely going to happen is that SIOE and SIAD are regarded xenophobic and intolerant organizations and therefore punishable by law. The sharpness of both SIAD and SIOE will be killed.
SIOE (and SIAD) will uphold the constitutional laws of their country, but we can not agree to go along with this latest EU resolution. We will not accept nor will we acknowledge this resolution. We can’t, because we are on a mission. The mission to protect freedom and democracy against the alien threat of islam and we will continue to do so even when it means going underground.
There were some democratic politicians in the parliament on the day of betrayal. See here what the MSM don’t dare to show you:
Read the EU resolution and our comments:
(SIOE’s comments in italics)
The European Parliament ,
– having regard to its previous resolutions on racism, xenophobia and
extremism, particularly that of 20 February 1997 on racism, xenophobia and
the extreme right(1) , that of 15 June 2006 on the increase in racist and
homophobic violence in Europe(2) and its position of 29 November 2007 on the
proposal for a Council Framework Decision on combating certain forms and
expressions of racism and xenophobia by means of criminal law(3) ,
– having regard to its resolution of 27 January 2005 on the Holocaust, anti-
Semitism and racism(4) ,
– having regard to Articles 6, 7 and 29 of the EU Treaty and Article 13 of
the EC Treaty, which commit the EU and its Member States to upholding human
rights and fundamental freedoms and which provide it with the means to fight
racism, xenophobia and discrimination, to the Charter of Fundamental Rights
of the European Union (the Charter of Fundamental Rights) and to the Council
Regulation (EC) No 168/2007 of 15 February 2007 establishing the European
Union Fundamental Rights Agency(5) (the Fundamental Rights Agency),
– having regard to the international human rights instruments which
prohibit discrimination based on racial and ethnic origin, notably the
International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial
Discrimination and the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights
and Fundamental Freedoms (ECHR), both signed by all the Member States and a
large number of other States,
– having regard to European Union activities to fight racism, xenophobia,
anti-Semitism and homophobia, in particular the two anti-discrimination
directives (Directive 2000/43/EC implementing the principle of equal
treatment of persons irrespective of racial or ethnic origin(6) and Directive
2000/78/EC establishing a general framework for equal treatment in employment
and occupation(7) ), as well as to the above-mentioned Framework Decision on
combating racism and xenophobia,
– having regard to Resolution 1344 of 29 September 2003 of the
Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe on the threat posed to
democracy by extremist parties and movements in Europe,
– having regard to the Report on Racism and Xenophobia in the Member States
of the EU published in 2007 by the Fundamental Rights Agency,
– having regard to the report by the Organization for Security and Co-
operation in Europe (OSCE) entitled ‘Challenges and Responses to Hate-
Motivated Incidents in the OSCE Region’ of October 2006,
– having regard to Rule 103(4) of its Rules of Procedure,
A. seriously concerned at the resurgence in Europe of extremist movements
and paramilitary groups and parties, some of which even have governmental
responsibilities, which base their ideology, political discourse, practices
and conduct on discrimination, including racism, intolerance, incitement to
religious hatred, exclusion, xenophobia, anti-Semitism, anti-Gypsyism,
homophobia, misogyny and ultra-nationalism, and whereas several European
countries have recently experienced hatred, violent events and killings,
Apart from the fact that most of the used keywords are directly linked to islam, there are also a few keywords which are important for SIOE. These keywords are: Intolerance, Exclusion and Xenophobia. Because of the very nature of islam, SIOE has to regard islam as a dangerous and violent political force, completely alien to our western values and a threat to our freedom and democracy. Therefore SIOE is intolerant towards islam and we want to exclude any influence from islam to our western values and democracy. We could and we will be called Xenophobic because of this main point.
Unfortunately the EU doesn’t regard islam as a political threat to Europe, so by power of the keywords SIOE is about to be endangered in her present existence.
B. seriously alarmed at the Islamic fundamentalist recruitment and violent
propaganda campaign with terrorist attacks within the European Union, based
on the hatred of European values and anti-semitism,
Of course SIOE also is alarmed about the islamistic fundamental recruitments, except we know this hatred is not based of the European values and anti-semitism. This hatred is entirely based on the quran, the soenas and the hadith. This hate is widely spread throughout Europe during the sermons in the European mosques and during lessons in jihad in islamitic schools The difference here is that the EU regards the Islamic fundamental actions as a result of hate against our western values while SIOE regards these actions as a result of islam and her goals. The EU is not in a position to call hatred upon themselves. It’s islam itself who is ordered through the quran, the soenas and the hadith to fight, hate and even kill everything what’s alien to them.
But in the near future SIOE cannot say those things anymore because of the keywords used in pt. “A”.
C. whereas these extremist ideologies are incompatible with the principles
of liberty, democracy, respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms and
the rule of law as set out in Article 6 of the EU Treaty, which reflect the
values of diversity and equality on which the European Union is based,
Again the EU makes a split between Islamic extremist ideologies and islam.
SIOE has the opinion that every follower of islam is an extremist by nature because each and every one of them is forced to live up to the rules in the quran and are expected to follow the soena and the hadith. If they don’t, they are not regarded genuine muslims
D. whereas no Member State is immune from the intrinsic threats that
extremism poses to democracy and, therefore combating the spread of
xenophobic attitudes and extremist political movements is a European
challenge that requires a joint and coordinated approach,
Speaks about combating Xenophobic attitudes and extremist political movements. So not only SIOE is threatened in her existence but also SIAD is. It’s almost 100 % sure that every political party or every other movement which are criticise islam to the max will soon be outlawed.
E. whereas some political parties and movements, including those currently
in power in a number of countries or represented at local, national or
European level, have deliberately placed intolerance and/or violence based on
race, ethnic origin, nationality, religion and sexual orientation at the
heart of their agenda,
Same as pt “D”
F. whereas neo-Nazi, paramilitary and other extremisms are directing their
violent attacks against a wide variety of vulnerable population groups,
including migrants, the Roma, homosexuals, anti-racist activists and the
homeless,
To bad that “other extremisms” is used together with “neo-nazies” and that “migrants” en “anti-racists activists” are mentioned together with “other vulnaral population groups”. It’s most likely that SIOE as well as SIAD will be called extremists organizations because we answer exactly to the definition the EU established. That doesn’t mean we are in the wrong. On the contrary, we will always fight for our freedom and independence, against political correctness and the influence of islam to our western values and we will keep on doing so. Unfortunately one of the powers which has to be fought are the anti-racists movements, also knows as AFA. According to this resolution they are now, or soon will be, protected by European law.
G. whereas the existence of public and easily accessible websites which
incite to hatred raises serious concerns as to how to counteract the problem
without violating freedom of expression,
Even websites can be closed down. So much for freedom of speech
1. Strongly condemns all racist and hate attacks, and calls on all
authorities to do everything in their power to punish those responsible;
expresses its solidarity with all victims of such attacks and their families;
2. Points out that fighting extremism must not have any negative effects on
the permanent obligation to respect fundamental rights and fundamental legal
principles, including freedom of expression and association, as enshrined in
Article 6 of the EU Treaty;
3. Deplores the fact that some mainstream parties have seen fit to give
credibility and acceptance to extremist parties by entering into coalition
agreements, thereby sacrificing their moral integrity for the sake of short-
term political gain and expediency;
4. Notes that the increasing number of extremist organisations, which often
contain neo-fascist elements, can exacerbate fears in society that can lead
to manifestations of racism in a broad range of areas, including employment,
housing, education, health, policing, access to goods and services and the
media;
5. Urges the Commission and Council to lead the search for appropriate
political and legal responses, especially at the preventive stage with
reference to young people’s education and public information, teaching
against totalitarianism and disseminating the principles of human rights and
fundamental freedoms in order to keep alive the memory of European history;
calls upon the Member States to develop policies of education for democratic
citizenship based on citizens’ rights and responsibilities;
6. Urges the Commission to monitor the full application of the existing
legislation designed to prohibit incitement to political and religious
violence, racism and xenophobia; calls on Member States to monitor the strict
implementation and constant improvement of anti-racist laws, information and
awareness-raising campaigns in the media and educational establishments;
Again the word “Xenopfobia” is used but now in combination with legislation.
The EU also calls on member states to implement new laws to prevent xenophobia among others
7. Urges all democratic political forces, regardless of ideology, to avoid
any support for extremist parties of a racist or xenophobic character,
whether explicit or implicit, and hence also any alliance whatsoever with
their elected representatives;
It’s very clear that the EU wants to isolate islam critic groups, movements or political parties. Only the EU substitutes islam criticism with xenophobia which is going to considered as an illegal and unlawful act and therefore punishable.
8. Warns, looking ahead to the 2009 European elections, of the possibility
that extremist parties may secure representation in the European Parliament
and calls on the political groups to take the appropriate measures in order
to ensure that a democratic institution is not used as a platform for
financing and echoing anti-democratic messages;
In the very near future it’s going to be impossible to get into the EU parliament because your political party might be called xenophobic. So except the fact that such a party will be isolated, it’s also breaking several EU and national laws simply because of its existence and therefore punishable
9. Calls on the EU institutions to give a clear mandate to the Fundamental
Rights Agency to investigate the structures of extremist groups in order to
assess whether some of them coordinate their work within their groups across
the European Union or at regional level;
This will be the start of a wide spread witch hunt because under this resolution every kind of criticism is regarded as xenophobic. So groups like SIOE and SIAD will get infiltrated. It’s just a matter of time
10. Reiterates its belief that public personalities should refrain from
statements that encourage or incite to hatred or stigmatisation of groups of
people on the basis of their race, ethnic origin, religion, disability,
sexual orientation or nationality; believes that if public personalities
incite to hatred, the fact that they have a high public profile should be
considered an aggravating circumstance; condemns, in particular, the worrying
prevalence of anti-semitism;
Speaks for itself. It’s just repeated what’s already been said.
11. Calls on the media to inform the public about the dangers of hate speech
and to help promote the principles and values of democracy, equality and
tolerance;
Well the media again is used for “informing the people” of the EU principles, etc. One also can use the term: Mind control or Brainwashing
12. Requests all Member States to at least provide for the possibility -
after a court ruling - of withdrawing public funding from political parties
that do not condemn violence and terrorism and do not respect human rights
and fundamental freedoms, democracy and the rule of law as set out in the
ECHR and the Charter of Fundamental Rights; and calls on those that already
have this possibility to do so without delay; also calls on the Commission to
ensure that no EU funding is available to media which are used as a platform
to widely promote racist, xenophobic and homophobic ideas;
Speaks for it self
13. Calls on the Commission to support NGOs and civil society organisations
devoted to promoting democratic values, human dignity, solidarity, social
inclusion, inter-cultural dialogue and social awareness of the dangers of
radicalisation and violent extremism, and which are devoted to fighting all
forms of discrimination;
Speaks for it self
14. Instructs its President to forward this resolution to the Council, the
Commission, the governments of the Member States and the Council of Europe.
The EU has the naïve thought that by writing this resolution the islam can be forced to get rid of every fundamentalistic idea it has. Unfortunately this will never happen because islam is by nature fundamentalistic. The only thing that’s likely going to happen is that SIOE and SIAD are regarded xenophobic and intolerant organizations and therefore punishable by law. The sharpness of both SIAD and SIOE will be killed. SIOE (and SIAD) will uphold the constitutional laws of their country but we can not agree to go along with this latest EU resolution. We will not accept nor will we acknowledge this resolution. We can’t, because we are on a mission. The mission to protect freedom and democracy against the alien threat of islam and we will continue to do so even when it means going underground.
Finally the proof that there never will be moderated or liberal islam:
“There are no, neither will be, any liberal muslims. When there are muslims hoping for liberal islam, they can forget it. Liberal islam goes against the will of allah”
Fatwah for the whole Islamic world by sheik Saleh al- Fozan on July 2007

December 21, 2007 at 2:35 am
Point A: It is Islam which practises intolerance, exclusion and xenophobia, particulary in their muslim enclaves, and when it comes to their threats against apostates.
We must ensure that muslims are brought to justice when they practice intolerance and exclusion against the native population
December 21, 2007 at 2:38 am
Point A does not use the words islamophobia, and point B is quite explicit in it’s condemnation of Islamic terrorism.
I don’t see anything to prevent SIOE from continuing it’s activities.
December 21, 2007 at 2:41 am
Point C, upholds liberty, democracy, fundamental freedoms and democracy, all of which are denied by sharia law and Islam. It also opposes any extremist action which opposes such freedoms and democracy.
So far, so good.
December 21, 2007 at 2:44 am
Point D: SIOE and SIAD are not xenophobic, but Islam is. We can point to our slogan, “racism is the lowest form of human stupidity, but Islamophobia is the highest form of common sense” as proof of our lack of xenophobia.
December 21, 2007 at 2:47 am
Point E is problematic as it mentions religion. There should be a clause mentioning the right for EU citizens to have freedom FROM religion.
There should also be provision recognizing some religions as dangerous, since they oppose democracy.
Also what about cults? Should every nutty cult that comes along be given protected status as well?
December 21, 2007 at 2:51 am
F: I’m glad that homosexuals, gypsies, and the homeless are protected. What’s wrong with organisations that are anti-racist? Aren’t we also anti-racist?
December 21, 2007 at 2:52 am
G: doesn’t necessarily say that websites will be shut down.
December 21, 2007 at 10:47 am
On basis of point E a xenophobic, racist ideology such as islam should be totally outlawed.
Are those idiots at the European Parliament going to dictate us the will of Allah through the voice of democratic Saudi Arabia and on behalf of the Organization of Islamic Conference ?
A small sampling of an ideology that promotes undemocratic values and social exclusion:
2.10 Kouffars are diseased
2.89 The curse of Allah is on kouffars
2.99 Kouffars are evil
3.118 Muslims take not as friends those outside your religion (pagans, Jews, Christians and hypocrites) since they will not fail to do their best to corrupt you.
4.89 Kill the apostates wherever you find them
4.101 Verily, kouffars are ever your open enemies
5.60 Jews who incurred the curse of Allah will be transformed into monkeys and swines.
8.55 Surely the worst of beasts in the sight of Allah are the kouffars
8.22 Kouffars are the worst creatures.
9.28 Kouffars are dirty (naji).
9.30 Jews and christians are perverts.
9.23 O you who believe, do not ally yourselves even with your parents and your siblings if they are not muslim.

It’s the same old song. For the communism collaborators ( left and far-left radicals ), anticommunist=fascist, and for the same badly people ( or their children ), antislamist=racist. Don’t care about this and let’s go ahead !
Long life to France and european Europe !
December 21, 2007 at 9:29 pm
Although the resolution does not specifically say that websites will be closed down, control of websites in Europe has been proposed by Italian politicians. Also, the taxing of websites is being looked at in several EU countries including the UK.
SIOE was mentioned in the EU Parliament after the Brussels demo and our organisation has been described as ‘far right’ in that building.
Fortunately we have some support in the EU Parliament especially from some of the new countries who are less than willing to put themselves under the yoke of the EUSSR now they are free from the USSR.
December 22, 2007 at 8:36 am
Steve, if Geert Wilders’ film takes off, I could imagine him invoking those clauses to try and get the Koran banned. He has already stated his intention to do this, so this could work to our advantage if the right people are in power. It’s up to us to convince enough people to make that happen.
December 22, 2007 at 10:27 am
@Enrico Dandolo: Exactly! So, join our demonstration in Amsterdam on januari 26th.
December 22, 2007 at 10:25 pm
@ Sioenederland
I heard somewhere that Geert Wilders is now out-polling the Labour Party in the Netherlands… is this true? It would be great news!!
December 22, 2007 at 11:04 pm
Keep in mind the word “xenophobic”. If SIOE or SIAD is marked as xenophobic organizations as a result of this latest EU resolution, in the end they will do accuse us of being xenophobic because of our critics on islam, we are most likely to be banned. regarding Pt.A: The keywords used can be are directly linked to islam. But under this resolution one can say or do nothing about it without being accused of xenophobia and therefore violating Europian law. The EU calls upon her memberstates to ajust existing legislation and/or to make new laws. The “magic” word here is xenophobic, let’s forget all the other keywords and focus on “xenophobia”. This word is going to cause lots of difficuties for us. Look at points 6 and 9. It want be long before there will be anti-hate legislation in the whole of Europe. I’m not going to explain here that we are against all totalitarian systems and that we all fight for freedom and democracy, everybody knows that because it’s on our websites so that’s not the point. The point is: Soon every movement and/or party which is citizising islam will be monitored and be punishable by law, because it will be regarded as xenofobic and hatefull. Please notice that racist and xenophobic is used in the same sentence (pt. 7)
@infidela on comment 6: I’m sure I don’t have to explain that we fighting for human-rights. So there is nothing wrong being an anti-racist. Looking at point 7: If we are not regarded as racists, we wíll be regarded as xenophobics. Points 1 to 14 are much more interesting than points A to G. Points A to G are merely about the concerns the EU has. These concerns are translated to recomendations to the governments the EU memberstates. These points are very interesting and should be studied carefully
December 23, 2007 at 12:41 am
Excellent news my infidel friend. Not only should the quran be
banned, it should be burned in a public display.

Oh my word, who do you think you are people?? Gods? Can you decide to ban the religion just cos you afraid of finding the truth?? You only want to undermine muslims because you know they are upon the truth and you scared that they will unite and make people understand what a bunch of political liars you are :)) God sees everything and will reward you accordingly, no doubt about that. You cant ban religion, communists and all others have tryed to do that since loooooong time ago. You only atract people to God and Islam especialy by making a big deal out of it. Oh yeah, and good luck ruling your “democratic” European society filled by thieves, liars, perverts pedofiles etc and poor misguided homosexuals, who believe that their desires are above morality. Oh yeah, and the “perfect democratic justice system” who lets killers and rapists go free after a year or so. Hello? Anybody home?? Hmmm, not here..

Islam was founded by and maintained by theives, liars, perverts and pedophiles.

@Enrico: The last thing we’ve read is: Labour Party 21 and Geert Wilders 11. But, this can change every day or week. Many people in Holland wants the Government to fall. We hope it will, because we know for sure that many people will vote for Geert Wilders and that’s a really good thing for SIOE and all the people who will fight the islamisation.
December 23, 2007 at 5:28 pm
Bernard-Henri Lévy, influential French philosopher and writer fights islamism. He appears quite often in debates on French TV.
Though a leftist himself, he made it very clear that the leftist politicians makes three fundamental mistakes in their thinking and reasoning:
“First they confuse islamphobia with racism. We have the right to be against islam. Second they do as if radical islam is just another opinion. And third they tolerate or accept opinions that cannot be justified and need to be condemned. The leftist politicians try to stop our freedom of thinking.”

Lots of people don’t get it. This resolution is not to be discussed, it will taken into a fact in 2009. It’s already been sent to the memberstates. As of 2009 any critizism on islam will be called xenophobic and therefore punishable by law period. You either will be called racist or xenophoob.
December 26, 2007 at 2:56 pm
In my view the European Union is deliberately trying to islamise our continent. Its Eurabia policy indicates that it wants to make Europe into an islamic republic stretching from the Arctic to the Arabian Desert. That is why the new laws are intended to specifically attack organisations like SIOE while leaving Islam a free hand. One thing is for sure, 2008 is going to be an important year. The European Union is anti European and must be destroyed as a political institution. We have one year to achieve this.

Sam Solomon’s ‘Proposed Charter of Muslim Understanding’ http://www.answering-islam.org/Terrorism/EuropeCharter.pdf has been presented to the European Parliament. If the EU wanted to oppose the power of radical Islam it would have incorporated this into the resolution. We can see clearly the direction of the European Union towards ‘Islamic Union’. Muslim groups who are unwilling to sign the proposed charter are demonstrating that they are not moderate and have no intention of becoming moderate. The contents of the Charter are quite reasonable and I would expect that true moderates would not have any problem signing it.
December 26, 2007 at 3:11 pm
The resolution is nothing other than a pro Sharia document written by traitors. The politicians who are in favour of it are, in my opinion, in favour of Sharia law and they should be exposed as such. The public has a right to know the direction in which we are being dragged.

I see you are one of the followers of the cult of mohammed.
The truth about your cult is coming out. The tragedy is that this truth would not have come out if mohammedans had stayed in dar-ul-islam. Then we could all live and let live, with many naive muslims still believing in the goodness of mohammed. Unfortunately, the aggressive behaviour of Muslims in the West, has unleashed the scholarly tradition of the West, and is now revealing to all, Muslims included, of the sheer depravity of mohammed.
What perplexes me, is that despite the many scores of scolarly articles, revealing the sheer depravity of mohammed, Muslims still continue to live in the West. Any other group would have left, if their religion was as traduced, as Islam is now in the West, as they have a sense of honour? Muslims though, dont seem to have any sense of shame or honour.

Hi Daiva, pleased to see you comment in support of your religious belief. It says a lot for SIOE and the freedom we enjoy in the West that allows us all to make comment.
Interestingly while you are incandescent with anger as to what you see in the depraved West, which I dare say has not had you running to any of the multitude of airports with flights out of here to your Islamic utopias. You must also recognise that just because you have been seduced to believe that Islam is the true way, it doesn’t mean that is actually is!
This is what freedom is all about; we have the right to believe what we want. If you consider how Muslims in the West have been allowed to share in our freedoms, to grow without hindrance enjoying all we offer. Then look at the lot of non Muslims, the Infidels in Islamic countries and see how they are treated!
Islam is an intolerant, elitist and violent religion that has no place in our societies. Why in heavens name you people want to come to the West is truly an anathema.
However we all do know why. You love the good life the housing, the health care, the freedoms. Nothing makes a fanatic shout louder than guilty hypocrisy; this is why people like you find it burning your conscience knowing really you should be in your Islamic utopias but your love of the Western harlot has you committing religious fornication with our society unable to bring yourself to do the right thing and leave.
So either shut up and accept you love it here or leave.
Peace.

Ancient Briton - Great post.
If a whole lot of people told me that they did not want me in their country, I would up and leave as soon as I could pack my bags. But Muslims no - here they are, clinging to the harlot, as you put it, while moaning and whingeing about their sorry lot, and how we are to blame for their misfortune, as we are islamophobic.
It is quoted quite often that Islam is a “Honour/Shame” society”, and is the reason for “honour” killings etc. But the fact is that Muslims continue to live parasitically in the West, despite the quite open desire of the natives that they leave. It calls into question if Muslims have any sense of honour or shame. I dont think they do.

About three years ago I used to contribute on a Muslim websites in a belief that with mutual discussion both sides would get a balanced view of one another and through understanding our societies would grow in harmony.
Well that didn’t happen, the few what we would consider normal voices soon turned into intolerant bigots once you scratched through the surface.
Most had Avatar’s of terrorist symbolism and screamed their hatred for the West and the immoral infidel.
Funny though the vast majority were ensconced in the West, the worst were living and this won’t be a shock in Britain!
While I don’t have a problem with Islam and Muslims hating us, while I don’t have a problem with Muslims wanting to kill those they see as infidels in their countries, what I despise and loath about this vile religion and it’s brainwashed drones is each and everyone of the 1 billion + would sell their grandmothers to get to the West and leach off our societies.

Ancient Briton wrote- About three years ago I used to contribute on a Muslim websites in a belief that with mutual discussion both sides would get a balanced view of one another and through understanding our societies would grow in harmony.
Well that was very gracious and understanding of you. I though have had no illusions. I know of the threat islam poses the whole world, for well nigh 30 years or more.
Re Muslims - Neither do I have any problem with what Muslims do in their Islamic countries. But I do have a problem with what they are doing in mine. If we do not get a grip on this problem fairly soon, such is the demographic growth of Muslims in Britain, we wont have a Britain, in say 50 years.
